3,000 Bags, One Standard
This project involved producing and delivering 3,000 customised canvas tote bags for UOI, intended for corporate events, employee welcome kits, PR campaigns, and giveaways.
We worked closely with UOI to confirm the logo placement, print method, colourways, and canvas weight, then carried that same specification through every batch of production. From the first tote to the three-thousandth, the standard didn't move.
Every stage, from sampling to mass production, QC, and final packing, was managed to keep quality consistent and timelines on track.

50 Custom Printed Wireless Chargers, Delivered in 10 Days
Branding design & Box with Branding : Dual Upgrade
This project involved producing and delivering 50 fully customised print 15W wireless fast chargers for SW1 Group, completed within a tight 10-day timeline from enquiry to dispatch.
The brief went beyond simply adding a logo to the product. Each wireless charger was printed with SW1 Group's branding and corporate color, while the standard packaging was upgraded to a custom-branded gift box, creating a more polished and premium presentation from the moment the gift was received.
We worked closely with the client to confirm the print design and packaging design early, allowing the project to move quickly from mock-up approval into production. Each set was completed with a USB cable and printed user guide, then individually packed and QC-checked before dispatch.
This project reflects one of our key customisation capabilities: bringing product branding and packaging together as one coordinated gift experience. Even for a 50-piece order, thoughtful packaging can transform a practical tech item into a more complete and professionally presented corporate gift.

Customized at Scale
This project involved producing and delivering 1,000 customized phone stand corporate gift.
The client wanted a practical desk gift that could be customized with their logo and produced consistently in large quantities.
We worked closely with the client to confirm the logo placement, color choices, and packaging design. This ensured the final products met both branding needs and daily-use practicality, even at a scale of 1,000 pieces.

When Precision Matters, We Don’t Compromise
Project related to corporate year-end event, where the client required a full suite of customized gifts, including tumblers, pens, pouches, caps, and wooden phone stands, all aligned to a consistent brand message.
One key challenge was the 5cm wide engraving on the tumblers, a size that is technically demanding and often avoided in the market due to cost and quality risks.
We committed to delivering the required engraving size without compromising sharpness, alignment, or finish, and applied the same level of attention and consistency across every item in the order.
From customization to assembly and final checks, the entire project was completed on schedule, ensuring a smooth and dependable delivery for the client’s year-end event.

For the “Bring Your Kids To Work Day 2025” program organized by IMDA Singapore, we were engaged to deliver a complete set of event gifts for a children-focused workplace experience, with a fixed event date and no margin for delay. The final work day set include IMDA signature CODI plush toy, branded lanyard with personalized name tag.
All items needed to arrive on time, in full, and ready for distribution. Our role covered end-to-end coordination and accountability, including product specification and sourcing coordination; customization alignment across multiple items; production timeline management; quality checks and consolidation; and, final delivery into Singapore
Specialty production was coordinated overseas, while all delivery responsibility and client communication were managed locally.
With a fixed event date, delivery certainty was critical. As timelines tightened during production, we made the decision to take direct responsibility for final collection and handover, ensuring the program proceeded exactly as planned.
This approach removed risk from the client and ensured no last-minute substitutions, no partial deliveries and no impact to the event schedule
The full order was delivered on time and distributed successfully at the event.
