1. Returns: Please note that most of our merchandise and products are made to order with a custom logo, so we do not accept returns. However, for items received in the defects condition, we offer a direct 1-for-1 replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to initiate the replacement process, which typically takes between 1-2 days.

1. Refund Policy: For items received in the wrong condition, such as incorrect print, you are eligible for a no-questions-asked full refund on the product item itself (minus shipping costs). Refund requests due to a change of mind are not accepted. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return and process your refund or exchange from the time we receive the returned items. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase, depending on the payment method used.
